Strategic communications in the formation of the Ukrainian national security system

The monograph highlights the political and communication aspects of the use of strategic communications in the field of security and defense of Ukraine. Content and procedural aspects of the formation of the national security system of Ukraine have been studied. There are analyzed the following issues: the key aspects of the agenda, including the restoration of sovereignty and territorial integrity, the determination of national security guarantees and the agreement on the plan for post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The main forms and models of strategic communications, as well as the peculiarities of their use in the field of security and defense in the conditions of modern political reality, are specified. The experience of using the potential of event communications in war conditions is analyzed. The media narratives of the European integration process in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war were studied.
Practical recommendations for using the resource potential of strategic communications in the processes of optimizing the national security system of Ukraine have been developed.
